Austin is the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Key Development. Starting his career in development in 2013, Austin has overseen hundreds of renovation projects and built multiple ownership partnerships over the years. In addition, Austin built The Blue Key Team, a residential and commercial real estate sales company, became a KW University certified instructor and serves on multiple non profit boards in different capacities. ​
Austin’s focus is on finding deals, structuring deals and setting up construction to be executed by Will and the rest of the team.
Will is the Chief Operating Officer of Blue Key Development. Having started his career in management consulting, Will transitioned to Real Estate Development in 2016 where he helped grow the business to $18MM in AUM through the acquisition of 60,000 sqft of commercial space and 60+ residential units. ​
Will’s focus is on staffing, management, and overall business operations.
Kyle is the Director of Construction for Blue Key Development and is responsible for the oversight and execution of all residential and commercial renovation projects. ​
Kyle began his career project managing single family new construction projects for 5 years before moving on to work for a commercial general contractor.
Deon is the Director of Property Management for Blue Key Development and is responsible for the management of all properties in the portfolio.
