Our Story
Blue Key Development was founded in 2017 by two lifelong friends, Austin Carroll and Will Bowman. Austin and Will grew up in Ellicott City, MD where they started working together in High School chopping wood and completing landscaping projects.

Today, Blue Key Development buys, renovates, and rents residential and commercial real estate in the greater Baltimore area. In addition to acquisitions, our organization includes an in-house construction and an in-house management team which help us deliver projects on time and on budget while delivering maximum tenant satisfaction through attentive property management.
